Dear Family and Friends,
We had a great time this week in Math learning about circles and squares. We were silent ninjas and hunted around the school to see shapes in our world. Next week we will continue our geometry unit with rectangles and we will also continue practicing counting skills.
As the new month is starting we are also starting a new character to focus on. All month we will be reading books and discussing love and how we show love in different ways.
We are continuing our project all about our personal stories and will each be making our own documentation panel to display our story. You can help at home by discussing special cultural or family traditions you have with your child, for them to share with the class.
We will continue practicing our current sight words through games and activities.

February 13-17 - No School for all students for Teacher Convention and Family Day
March 12 - 10:30am - AM Community Kindergarten Celebration of Learning - Families are invited to attend and watch as we share our learning with the school!
