Important Dates and Information

Dear Family and Friends,

Thank you to all the families who came to parent teacher conferences. It is so important for children to see that families and schools work together to support their learning. 

We have lots of things going on for the last two weeks of school! Please take a look at the following important dates and information. 

December 9-13 - Food Bank Challenge! 
We are competing to see which class brings the most food donations for the Calgary Food Bank. 
Please send non-perishable food items this week. We will be counting how many we bring on Friday.

The deadline for all food donations is December 16th.

December 12 - Pajama Movie Night - Please read the message below with more info if you are interested:

"The Global Ambassadors are planning a PAJAMA Theme MOVIE NIGHT! Thursday, December 12th, 2019 @ 6 pm. Doors open at 5:30 pm.  All money collected or donated will go directly to The Calgary Humane Society. We will be playing “Aladdin” the 2019 version There will be popcorn, water bottle and juice boxes to purchase. No Outside food, please.  ALL children must have an adult accompany them, to the movie night. Forms were sent out last week, to pre-order tickets and more information regarding the movie night. Last day to preorder tickets Wednesday, December 11th. You can also by tickets at the door at the day of the event. Come join us……... for a MAGICAL NIGHT!!!"

December 19 - PM Class Celebration of Learning - 1:30pm

We will be sharing some of our learning and singing two songs for the whole school. Families and friends are invited to watch us, we would love it if you can come! There will be seating at the back of the gym. 

December 19 - Last day of school for all students. No school on December 20 for teacher professional learning.
